Choosing the right size for washable menstrual underwear:

Buying night menstrual underwear online isn’t obvious. You never know if the fit will be right on you. I understand.

To order the correct size, measure your hips, above the buttocks, using a measuring tape positioned parallel to the floor. If you’re between two sizes, choose the larger one. Periods often come with bloating or soreness. We want comfortable menstrual underwear!

If the menstrual underwear still doesn't fit despite this precaution, it can be exchanged according to the returns and exchanges policy and subject to all of the following conditions being met:

• The menstrual underwear must not have been worn without another undergarment underneath for trying on.
• It must not have been washed or used.
• It must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent to you.
