Shipping policy

Shipments of Marie fil's eco-friendly products are made by Canada Post via regular mail or via Purolator for parcel deliveries.

In Canada, the shipping cost is fixed at $9.99. Shipping is free for orders of $90 or more before taxes, except for remote regions. An email will be sent to inform you.

To the United States and Europe, the shipping cost is calculated according to the weight of the order.

Your eco-responsible products will be delivered to you quickly (within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of your order). For the holiday period (December 20 to January 7), processing time will be between 1 and 5 business days.

Marie fil is not responsible for delays caused by postal delivery workers' strikes or possible delays due to increased parcel volume. However, orders are processed quickly on every day we are open.

IMPORTANT: As of December 16, orders placed are no longer guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. We do everything possible to select the carriers that deliver the fastest.

Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. Marie fil is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
