Our nighttime latté with lavender and sacred basil is delicious and comforting. At dusk, all you need to do is steep our blend of lavender and sacred basil, two relaxing herbs, in your favorite plant-based drink to welcome sleepin a lovely way.

Sacred basil may interact with anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, antidiabetics, and barbiturates.

How to make
For 1 cup of nighttime latté.
1. Pour 1 cup (250 ml) of plant-based drink or hot milk over 2 tsp of the herb blend.
2. Let steep 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Strain, then add 1/4 tsp of blue pea powder and stir. ***The blue pea powder is in a clear pouch, directly inside the bag!***
4. Sweeten to taste and enjoy.
5. Go to sleep.
Ingredients
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), sacred basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum/Ocimum sanctum var. krishna), blue pea powder (Clitoria ternatea).
