Path to follow
1. Pour 250 ml of simmering water over 1 tbsp. herbal tea.
2. Leave to infuse for 15 minutes under cover.
3. Strain and drink hot or cold.
For best results, consume between 2 and 4 cups a day for a week, starting 5 days before the start of your period.
