The Marie fil eco-friendly products allow shipping throughout Canada. Marie fil can deliver to the United States and France by contacting us by email.
Shipping is carried out by Canada Post via regular mail or via Purolator for parcel shipments.
In Canada, the shipping cost is fixed at $9.99. Shipping is free from $90 of purchase before taxes except for remote regions. An email will be sent to inform you if this applies.
In the United States, the shipping cost is calculated according to the weight of the order.
Your eco-responsible products will be delivered to you quickly (within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of your order).
The zero-waste Marie fil products are packaged with an eco-conscious approach. Your order is delivered in a recyclable envelope, with no tissue paper.
Returns and Exchanges

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged
- No product can be returned for a refund.
Return and exchange conditions
Return shipping fees for size exchanges for underwear and swimwear are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss of value is the buyer's responsibility. The product must not have been used, worn, or washed.
Only one eligible product per order can be exchanged.
