Instructions to follow

For 1 cup of herbal tea

1. Pour 250 ml of simmering water over 1 tbsp of herbal tea.

2. Let steep for 10 to 15 minutes covered.

3. Add 1 tsp of raw honey, if desired.

4. Strain, sip slowly... and breathe in relief.

For optimal results, consume between 3 and 4 cups per day while symptoms persist.
