Its absorbent, waterproof lining serves a dual purpose: that of a soft, permanently integrated pantyliner inside the underwear.
The lining of the menstrual underwear acts as an ultra-soft built-in panty liner. But because we like the underwear to adapt easily to the menstrual cycle, it is possible to add a insert by day or by night Marie thread (optional).
Each menstrual panty has a breathable, waterproof barrier :
- composed of a thin 100% PUL layer, making your menstrual underwear invincible to any leak that would try to pass through it.

The inserts that fit into the Marie fil menstrual underwear allow you to adapt the underwear to your flow.
- Ensures a double absorbent and waterproof protection thanks to its composition identical to the gusset of the menstrual panties.
- Fastens with snap buttons (ultra-thin, you won't feel them, promise!), to stay securely in place no matter the activity.
- Interchangeable as many times as you want throughout your menstrual flow.
For light flow or paired with your menstrual cup, the menstrual underwear alone is sufficient for daytime use.

- Natural: unbleached and undyed, for sensitive or infection-prone skin. Also a good choice if you like to visually monitor your menstrual flow.

Choose the right size for washable menstrual underwear:
Buying menstrual underwear online isn't easy. You never know if the fit will be right for you. I understand you.
To order the right size of period underwear, measure your hips above the buttocks using a tape measure held parallel to the floor. If you’re between two sizes, choose the larger one. Periods often come with a bloated or sore belly. The goal is to have comfortable period underwear!
If the period underwear still doesn't fit despite this precaution, it can be exchanged according to the returns and exchanges policy and in compliance with all of the following conditions:
- The menstrual underwear must not have been worn with another undergarment underneath for trying on.
- It must not have been washed or used.
- It must be returned in the same condition it was sent to you in.
