`The wild forest scent of the Fir candle`

The Sapin soy candle carries with it the stunning scent of untamed forest and fir branches that perfume the woods. The fresh, boreal notes of this candle are noticeable from the first struck match and quickly fill the space with a soft, vanilla-like fragrance of majestic conifers.

If you pay attention, you can hear the tip of its wooden wick softly crackle.

Duration of the fir tree candle

270 ml soy candle.

Burns for about 60 hours.

How to use the Christmas tree candle

Soy wax is 100% natural and gentle on the environment, as it does not produce any soot when burned.

Additionally, once the candle is finished, your little jar can have a second life since soy wax cleans up very well with hot soapy water.

Wood wicks are used differently from regular cotton wicks, and we’ll give you a few tips to get the most out of your candle. With these (very simple) steps, you’ll help your wick burn better and your candle burn all the way down.

  • La mèche de bois doit être très courte, et ce, en tout temps. Oui, ça peut paraître étrange, mais cette étape est très importante. Nous vous suggérons d’utiliser un ciseau pour couper les mèches in order to cut the lock as short as possible.
  • Before relighting your wooden wick, make sure you have removed the charred wood. This is made up of the wick's ashes and the candle will not be able to relight without removing this small portion. (Here, a wick trimmer can be a good option to do a neat job!)
  • You may need to light your candle several times before the wood ignites. It's a bit like a campfire; you have to give the wood time to catch. What we suggest is tilting the candle slightly and lighting it with a lighter, holding the flame to the wooden wick for a few seconds. If you find the wick has trouble staying lit, we recommend taking a small piece of paper towel and blotting up a bit of wax. This (miraculous) step will help your wick catch better because there will be less wax in the ignition area.

To finish, when you have a little wax left at the bottom of your jar, we recommend putting it in your wax melt warmer and enjoying the last hours of fragrance. When we make the candles, we place a sticker to hold the wick firmly at the bottom of the jar. The wick is then inserted into a tab to keep it upright. These two elements cause the wick to be slightly raised, which is why it will not burn the wax down to the bottom. Since every drop of wax counts, the best option is to recover it in your wax melt warmer.

It is recommended to use your candle for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours and to always be present while it is burning. It is important to keep it out of reach of children and pets. Also, be sure to always trim the wick before each use so it is about 1/4 inch from the wax.

Light your candle and let yourself be soothed by its exquisite scent.
