The size: it is important to choose the same size as your Marie fil menstrual panties ( to remain compatible with the location of the attachment system* )
*Rest assured, we also thought about this detail: the location of the attachment system for all the inserts is compatible with all models of Marie fil menstrual panties (except the tanga model which does not have one and the menstrual panties by night). We love the versatility!
The type of menstrual insert:
By day: designed everyday life.
At night: elongated 2 inches in the front and 4 inches in the back, its direction can be reversed if your bleeding is more forward or if you sleep on your stomach. Finally peace of mind at night!
The colour:
