Hair should be completely wet. Run the bar directly over the hair. Lather abundantly, massage the scalp and wash the rest of the hair. Rinse thoroughly with warm or hot water to avoid residue. Finally, use conditioner, if you're used to it. Magic Tip: Use in combination with an apple cider vinegar rinse to give your hair a smooth, shiny look: 1 tbsp to 2 cups of water. Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes, then rinse. In addition, there is a period of adaptation necessary when you change to the bar shampoo (minimum 3 shampoos). The latter helps remove any residue that may have been left behind by commercial shampoos.
