Delivery, returns and exchanges

Delivery

Marie fil ecological products allow delivery anywhere in Quebec, Canada and the United States.

Delivery is made by Canada Post by regular mail or via Purolator for parcel shipments.

In Canada , the cost of delivery is fixed at $6.99 .

In the United States , the cost of delivery is calculated according to the weight of the order.

Your eco-responsible products will be sent to you quickly (between 2 to 7 working days after receipt of your order).

Marie fil zero waste products are packaged with an ecological conscience . Your order is delivered in an envelope that can be recycled, without any tissue paper.

Returns and Exchanges

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns cannot be made for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Products from our partners that are not manufactured by Marie fil

Conditions of returns and exchanges

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility. The product must not have been used, worn or washed.
